David is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional with Wagner-Buffie Wealth, an affiliate of GCG Advisory Partners. 

David’s team is dedicated to helping clients achieve their financial goals through strategic investment and financial planning.  With a background in financial planning as well as Supply Chain and Information Systems, David brings a unique perspective to the table, ensuring a measured approach to investing and planning that aligns with each client’s priorities and tolerance for risk. 

David received his Bachelor of Science from Penn State University and completed his CFP® coursework at Wake Forest University School of Business. 

David is passionate about his Charlotte community and enjoys volunteering with numerous non-profit organizations in the area.  He currently serves as a board member for Beds for Kids, where they work to provide beds and furniture to families in need around the Charlotte area.  David and his wife, Sarah, live in the Plaza Midwood area with their beautiful newborn daughter, Emma.  Outside of the office, David is an avid golfer, tennis player and grill master.
